Hello, my name is Laura. I am glad you are here, ready and willing to make a positive shift in your life. After graduating from the University of Arizona with a BA in Psychology, I decided to pursue my passion for helping people and became a licensed massage therapist. This opened me up to a whole new world of profound yet subtle healing techniques. Craniosacral Therapy (CST) was my first exposure to an energy-based approach to healing along with Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). For the past five years, I have been sharing these tools with my clients as a certified practitioner.

These healing techniques allow me to blend all my passions into one practice that is most effective and provides profound healing for my clients. I strongly believe that our bodies have the natural ability to heal, and these techniques provide the perfect tools to help us identify and address the foundational energetic and emotional imbalances.
